Реферат: In the present paper, we study a conservation law with periodic boundary conditions and an impulsive source term, which contains an approximation ϕε(t) of the Dirac delta function δ(t=0). Along with suppϕε =[0,ε], the scaling mapping t = t ε :[0,ε] → [0, 1] leads to a new problem on the infinitesimal initial layer. In the limit as ε → 0, this new problem enables us to obtain new initial data.
