Abstract:
In the present paper, we derive the kinetic equation and impulsive condition and formulate a class of kinetic solutions to impulsive ultra-parabolic equations. Here ultra-parabolic equations are linked with diffusion processes with inertia (convective heat transfer) on a shock wave front.
