Abstract:
Tests were carried out on uniaxial elastic-plastic tension and tension under creep conditions of cylindrical specimens from steel 09G2S-12 (Fe-C-Mn-Si-Ni-Cr-V analog of 13Mn69, MnSi5) in the temperature range from 600 to 850°C. The most acceptable temperature range was found, at which the shaping should be carried out in terms of the strength properties of the material. Various static and kinematic modes of hemispherical shell formation for a given time are considered. The problems of shaping are investigated using the finite element code Ansys. The calculation results are compared with the estimates obtained by a simplified scheme based on solving the equilibrium equation of a momentless shell in the vicinity of the center point of the dome. To avoid exceeding the yield strength of the material, modes with a gradual application of the load are recommended.
